How the Internet and Good Marketing work together to take our Money

If there are two things in this world that the internet is great at, it’s A: draining our bank accounts in every possible way, and B: helping people start their businesses and get them off the ground (I’m just now realizing that that’s three things). People throughout the years have started to use the internet to make a living for themselves. Many big corporations (for better or worse) have created websites to help supercharge their businesses to new heights. Some have taken to making content to entertain people and /or help them with daily things with tutorials. But I think we can all agree that for small businesses, one of the best ways for them to “supercharge” their marketing and business is by creating their website.
Okay, so why don’t people make more Websites? Wouldn’t that help mo-
Because creating a website is hard man!!! For reference, this is what my website looked like before I started using WordPress.

I started officially coding in the 5th grade!!! Even with things like WordPress, making and managing these things is tricky. You have to constantly keep creating content for your users and make sure that your website isn’t going to crash when two people log on at the same time (that last one actually happened to me once). Because of these responsibilities, a lot of people let freelancer web developers make their website, or just not make a website at all. But chances are that you’re on this page because you don’t have enough money to hire a web dev, and your marketing hasn’t been going so well. So this post is here to help you create and manage a website to help you get the website (and your business/marketing) off the ground. But first, let’s talk about some of the benefits of making a website for your marketing strategy.
Benefits of having a Website for your Business

Marketing is everything when it comes to starting your own business. And what better way to get the word out than getting involved in the World Wide Web! Studies show that 2.64 billion people have shopped online this year, and the number is predicted to keep climbing through the years. This means that making a website where you can sell your products is almost crucial to a business’s success (I say almost since you don’t need a website, but it can help you). Not only is it a good way to sell products, but it’s also a great way to attract more customers irl (in real life). It’s a great way to show how professional your business is and might attract investors.
So how do I do It?
Well first you have to go to school for four years to become a web developer and then-
I meant how do I make a Website without Knowledge of Coding?

There are actually a things you need before creating a low-code website
Websites that make Websites

There are actually websites that help you make your own websites out there. I’m literally using one right now to type out this blog. They’re not only good for making a website, but they can also be used to make your marketing look professional. So finding a platform is crucial.
You should Read This

Learning how to manage a website is another thing you’ll need on your quest. Luckily for you, there are a lot of books, guides, and helpful blog posts (wink wink, nug) to help you out. I recommend this one book called “Don’t Make Me Think” by Steve Krug. It’s a great tool for helping new web developers in their design process.
You are filled with, DETERMINATION

Sometimes you just need a little bit of motivation when it comes to it. Making a takes a lot of time and energy, but with the right amount of motivation, you can move mountains (not literally of course). I know it sounds corny, but sometimes the simplest of answers is the right answer.
How to Manage a Website
Managing a website is a whole lot harder than creating the website itself. You need to treat it like a newborn baby that constantly needs attention. One good way to do this without actually making any changes is by setting up your own business social media pages. This way you can make posts to your website without having to make your own website. Another way is to create a blog page for your website (wink wink, nug) so that way you can keep your customers coming back.

Conclusion

Hopefully, this will help on your journey to creating a successful business, and perfect your marketing skills. Welp that’s all from me, hope you have a great day today!!!
